We can make changes to Act! as your business needs change and develop since Act! is infinitely customizable. If you can think of it, chances are we have created it and can show you sample ideas. We can get you on the best path for your business in short order, with an eye towards more options should you want them. We have several ways we bill for our services:
Initial Discovery Discussion - 30 minutes no charge.
Hourly - For one -off quick sessions or small projects, we have a standard hourly rate. We encourage you to contact us even with the smallest questions. If we can accomplish something in less than 15 minutes, no charge.
Discount Support Plans - Our Support Plans start at a 5 Hour Retainer, that is a discount off our hourly rate and continues discounted in 10, 15 and 20 hourly increments. All time is logged as used and submitted. Support Plan time never expires so no rush to use up the time.
Scope of Work Project - If we can scope out the work to be accomplished we can provide a bottom line price and time frame to accomplish the project, with written milestones. We will always review and adjust our work if ever needed at no extra cost.
